Inspire Early Education in Harrisburg seeks an experienced Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations. You will lead staff, support emergent curriculum, and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment for children.

The role requires a Bachelor's in early childhood education and EEC Director Certification, plus at least one year of supervisory experience and strong teamwork. Background health checks are required.

• EEC Director Qualified Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Help educators foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment through Emergent Curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with the Center Director to manage day-to-day center operations.

• Engage with parents and families, providing updates on child progress.
• Coordinate with professionals to support children with special needs as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and records to comply with state regulations.
