Job summary

The Learning Experience in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Center Director who is passionate about creating a happy, safe space for young learners. You will support the Center leadership team, ensure high-quality programs, and share TLE’s curriculum and technology with families.

You will build strong relationships with families, help manage day-to-day operations, oversee classroom guidance, and assist in budgeting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience required or highly preferred.
• Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center leadership team in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team to deliver high-quality programs and services.
• Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Support budget and financial planning for the center.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.
