Job summary

The Learning Experience in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Assistant Center Director who is passionate about creating a happy, safe environment for young learners. You will lead the teaching team, support daily operations and program quality, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

You will also manage the center’s budget and strengthen relationships with families while guiding staff development and growth opportunities within a dynamic early education setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
• Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet state specific guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure high-quality programs and services.
• Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning experience.
• Support the Center leadership team in managing the center’s budget and financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services and seek out opportunities for growth and expansion.
