The Learning Experience in California is seeking a Center Director to lead our education team and nurture a happy, safe learning environment for children. You will oversee staffing, development, and family engagement while ensuring compliance with licensing and budgets.

As a Happiness Ambassador, you will implement our curriculum, mentor teachers, and drive growth opportunities, benefits, and a culture where Happy Happens Here for families and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers and align with mission and values.
• Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning.

• Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
• Manage the center’s budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
