Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. Independent Contractor status with vaccination requirement. Compensation up to $18/hour with shifts available across all times. Start date is immediate, with weekly compensation and flexible scheduling.

Role emphasizes safety, nurturing care, active participation in activities, and timely reporting to the coordinator on any issues or improvements. Prior experience with children is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, 18 years of age.
• Some experience working with children.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times.
• Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development.
• Actively participate with children in all activities. Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies and equipment.
• Notify coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems and suggestions.
