Delta-T Group is actively seeking Behavior Technicians to support children in residential facilities in Reading, PA. This Independent Contractor role offers shifts across all times with compensation up to $18/hour and requires full vaccination.

Responsibilities include ensuring child safety, providing nurturing care, actively engaging children in activities, and maintaining equipment. Weekly pay, flexible hours, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• 18 years of age
• Some experience working with children
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and dedication to member service excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times
• Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development
• Actively participate with children in activities and ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies and equipment
• Notify coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems or suggestions
