Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide residential care and support for a trauma-focused program serving youth ages 13-17 in Arnold Area. The role involves therapeutic support, daily activities, and skill development in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment goals, monitoring behavior, assisting with daily living skills, meals, and outings. The position offers flexible shifts and weekly compensation with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Compassionate about the care and well being of others.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a residential setting serving children and youth preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and your own transportation
• Ability to complete and pass background check
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Assist in monitoring residents' daily living skills, including personal hygiene, dressing, and care of possessions.

• Assist in monitoring and increasing resident life skills development.
• Develop, implement, and participate in all resident activities and outings, including recreational activities, education and vocational training.

• Morning 7am-3pm, Afternoon 3pm-11pm and overnight 11am-7pm available 7 days a week with flexible Shifts.
