Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide residential care for youth aged 13-17 recovery from trauma in the Arnold Area. Schedules include morning, afternoon and overnight shifts seven days a week with immediate start and competitive compensation.

You will implement daily activities, monitor behaviors, assist with life skills, meals, education and vocational training, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and well-being in a trauma-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in a residential setting serving children and youth preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and your own transportation.
• Ability to complete and pass background check.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and/or behavioral support to children and youth participating in the residential program.
• Implement daily activities, individual plan treatment goals, and monitor resident behavior.
• Assist in monitoring residents' daily living skills, including personal hygiene, dressing, and care of possessions.
• Assist in supporting healthy eating behaviors by preparing meals and snacks.
• Assist in monitoring and increasing resident life skills development.
• Develop, implement, and participate in all resident activities and outings, including recreational activities, education and vocational training.

• Morning 7am-3pm, Afternoon 3pm-11pm and overnight 11am-7pm available 7 days a week with flexible Shifts.
