Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, delivering ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will learn to implement treatment plans, manage documentation, and coordinate with care teams in a supportive setting.

The role offers paid training to become an RBT, opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and the chance to work across the U.S. with visa or relocation support.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; Powerback provides training if needed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation supports the services rendered.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and communicates changes with the Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Complies with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

We offer a PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones. You must be willing to take and pass the National RBT Board Exam.

Schedule(s) Available: M-Th 10am to 1pm

Responsibilities

• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
