The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit foundation recruiting, training, deploying and monitoring staff who deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services to children with mental health disorders in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. Immediate openings for BCBAs and Behavior Consultants (licensed and unlicensed) with opportunities to assign cases to maximize professional growth.

Qualifications

• MA Track requires MA degree with practicum and 1 year of child mental health services
• Licensed BC Track requires MA degree and PA Behavior Specialist license
• BCBA Track requires MA degree and BCBA certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff.
• Coordinate with families and service providers to ensure effective treatment.
