Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Elgin, IL seeks a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with paid training and RBT certification provided. Starting pay ranges with degrees and ABA experience, and opportunities for growth.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, help children learn through play, and support a collaborative team in a positive clinic environment. Immediate openings and full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification provided.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Team-oriented and capable of working with young children.

Responsibilities

Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
Assist children learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.
Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
