Action Behavior Centers in Grayslake, IL seeks a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree required) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will guide sessions, collect data, and support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and independence in a caring team environment.

The role offers paid training with full coverage of the RBT certification, and a predictable 8am–5pm schedule Monday–Friday with optional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid training and RBT certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
