Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in North Aurora, IL seeks a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children develop communication, social, and independent skills in a supportive team.

This full-time role offers predictable hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. We provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification, plus a clear growth path into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Paid training provided; experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and engage with families as needed.
