Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking aChild Autism Therapist in Itasca, IL. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with training provided for the RBT certification. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with young children, following structured plans and collecting session data in a supportive, team-focused environment.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with opportunities for Saturdays. Training is provided, and full-time hours are guaranteed with growth opportunities within the ABC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active behaviors with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and record session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
