Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist to provide play-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, under supervision. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, offers paid training and RBT certification, and provides full-time day hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively during therapy.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
