Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to support children with autism in a clinic setting. You will work one-on-one with clients to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and reinforce essential life skills.

Training is provided to accelerate your career as an RBT, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven, supportive team environment. This role targets entry-level therapists eager to contribute and develop professionally.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team of professionals.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to provide exceptional therapy and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans to teach social, communication and life skills.
• Collaborate with and learn from top clinical minds in the field and pursue growth in healthcare or education.
