Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated therapists to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You’ll implement evidence-based plans, teaching essential social, communication, and life skills, while collaborating with a high-caliber clinical team.

The role emphasizes growth through paid training for RBT readiness, supportive culture, and regular performance reviews to accelerate career development.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Open to training for new therapists as RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to provide therapy and support.
