Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy provides ABA therapy to children with autism, and offers paid training to all new therapists to accelerate their careers as RBTs. Join a values-driven team focused on early childhood support and a positive culture.

We emphasize one-on-one sessions, evidence-based treatment plans, and continuous professional growth within a supportive clinic environment in Virginia.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• An eagerness to be part of an energetic, passionate and caring team of professionals.
• A high school diploma (bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).
• A deep commitment to show up and bring your whole self to work every day (reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required).
