Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in the United States is seeking compassionate therapists to provide ABA services to children with autism. We offer paid training to all new therapists to accelerate their careers as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

You’ll work one‑on‑one with children, implement evidence‑based behavior plans, and collaborate with top clinical minds to build life and social skills.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
• Interest in working with children with autism and learning assistive strategies.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to deliver ABA therapy.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans and teach social, communication, and life skills.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support client progress and family involvement.
