Nexus Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands is seeking aBoard-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric leadership and direct patient care within our specialized inpatient neurodevelopmental program.
This position will have astrong clinical focus on adolescents and young adults ages 16 and older, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex behavioral needs, and co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions.
This is an opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys working with acomplex adolescent population and wants to practice within a highly collaborative interdisciplinary environment where psychiatric, behavioral, medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and case management services work together under one comprehensive treatment plan.

As the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical and psychiatric leadership for the interdisciplinary treatment team while maintaining an active role in the assessment and treatment of patients.
