JusticeWorks YouthCare in Allegheny County, PA is seeking a compassionate Child Advocacy Case Manager to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. You will work with children and families to assess needs, develop plans, and connect them with appropriate services, ensuring their voices are heard and protected.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and you must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
• Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
• Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
• Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards
