Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) required.
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.
• Specializing in Child & Adolescent Therapy and Play Therapy techniques.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active License in the state of Arizona (required).

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments for your panel.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
• Maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis, assessments, progress notes, forms).
• Assess risk and coordinate with the treatment team to improve outcomes.
