Job summary

Kiddo Psychiatry in Texas is seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) for a hybrid, part-time Independent Contractor role serving children, adolescents, and young adults. Telehealth with in-person sessions in Austin, TX; flexible 10–20 hours per week.

You will deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, play therapy, and family therapy), conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and families.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, ADHD).
• Comfortable with telehealth and collaborating with families and psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and parent coaching sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, play therapy).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and families to support integrated care.
