Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Austin, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and based in Texas, you’ll maintain at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling and training; you’ll join a clinician-led network with over 2,700 providers nationwide. Compensation up to 100,300 USD plus bonuses, full-time benefits including health insurance, loan

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in TX: LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Experience treating diverse clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR platforms to document care.
• Contribute to a clinical community and collaborate with teammates.
