Job summary

Kiddo Psychiatry in Austin, TX seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a full-time, W-2, hybrid outpatient role. Expect 35 clinical hours and 5 administrative hours weekly, with in-person evaluations and telehealth options. The practice emphasizes autonomy and clinician-led care.

Base salary $275,000–$300,000 with a productivity incentive, plus full benefits and CME support. Board-eligible or board-certified physicians with Texas licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship or in fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In-person outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry in Austin.
• 60 to 90 minute new patient evaluations.
• 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Medication management and longitudinal psychiatric care.
• Collaboration with families, therapists, pediatricians, and schools when appropriate.
