Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Texas to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cedar Park, TX. Clinicians with LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PhD licensure are encouraged to apply, with a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability.

The role includes a ramp stipend for 30+ hours per week, with full-time benefits such as health insurance, loan repayment assistance, PTO and paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available to provide at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly
• Treat a variety of clients including couples and children
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR platforms
• Team-focused within a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients
• Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Offer both telehealth and in-person sessions with flexible scheduling
• Utilize credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support provided by Thriveworks
