Northeast Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our behavioral health team. You will provide outpatient therapy for children and families, develop treatment plans, coordinate with psychiatrists, nurses, and dietitians, and participate in supervision and professional development.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and delivering high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Strong time-management and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care.
