Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Child & Adolescent Therapist to support youth and families in our behavioral health clinics. You will work with a clinical team that fosters growth and licensure while delivering outpatient therapy and crisis planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality in practice.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans; handle insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
