Job summary

Columbia Mental Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our Transformations Care Network. The role supports emerging and early-career therapists within a collaborative clinical team dedicated to growth and licensure.

A $2,000 hiring incentive is available for qualified candidates at this location. You will provide strength-based assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis planning while coordinating with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state requirements if needed.
• Professional licensing trajectory for continued certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
