Columbia Mental Health is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our Transformations Care Network. You will provide outpatient therapy to children and families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic behavioral health care.

We offer supervision, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role includes a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates and a focus on ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Professional licensing track record in relevant field.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and admin staff to provide holistic care.
