Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking Child & Adolescent Therapists to empower clients and support licensure journeys in a collaborative clinical team. We offer growth opportunities, supervision, and a supportive environment focused on diverse communities.

Our therapists provide culturally sensitive interventions, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary group to improve access to mental health care in the community.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Licensed background or eligible for licensure.
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical mental health care.
• Ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Mansioni

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other staff.
