Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Massachusetts. You will conduct assessments, provide outpatient therapy for children and families, and collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans with insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and other staff to provide holistic care.
