Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Massachusetts. You will provide family- and client-centered therapy while navigating a collaborative clinical team focused on growth and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to or results in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Efficient management of documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
