Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist in Worcester, MA. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient therapy, develop treatment and safety plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists and other professionals to support youth and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Educational background leading to professional licensure.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion with insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to coordinate care.
