Northeast Health Services, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks a Child & Adolescent Therapist to support families and youth in our behavioral health clinics. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and contribute to treatment planning.

We prioritize growth, licensure support, and a sustainable practice alongside administrative and clinical supervision to advance your career in a community-centered setting.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field and license track toward independent practice.
• Experience with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Licensing pathway requirements or provisional licensure as applicable.

Mansioni

• Perform culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for ongoing stability.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, staff, and therapists as part of a care team.
