Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility per state regulations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy for children and adolescents.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and admins to deliver holistic care.
