Verge Therapy is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Therapist to provide individual therapy for children and teens with family involvement. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver trauma-informed care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field and MA licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT). Experience with schools and pediatric collaboration is valued; a supportive team and structured schedule await.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required.
• MA licensure or license-eligibility (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
• Experience with children/adolescents and trauma-informed, family-systems grounding essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for children/adolescents with family involvement.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care and crisis response.
• Collaborate with schools and pediatricians; document on paid time.
