The Expectation

Part-time is 48 billable hours per month (~12/week), measured monthly, not weekly. A month absorbs the ordinary rhythm of clinical work: a heavy week, a school vacation, a run of cancellations. As a lot of our clients are school-aged, we need afternoon and evening availability (weekend availability is a huge plus). Once you have an established caseload, you build your schedule. Many of our clinicians blend in-office and telehealth.

Compensation & Benefits

• $54–$59/hr (pre-licensed)
• $64–$69/hr (independently licensed)
• Paid biweekly, regardless of insurance payout

What We Handle So You Don't

What You'll Do

Individual therapy for children/adolescents with family involvement; assessments and treatment plans; evidence-based, trauma-informed care; crisis response; collaboration with schools and pediatricians; documentation on paid time.

What You Bring

Required: Master's in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; MA licensure or license-eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent); experience with children/adolescents; trauma-informed, family-systems grounding. Nice to have: Play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or parent coaching training; OCD or divorce/separation experience; school/pediatric collaboration track record.
