FamilyFirst Psychological Services, a Virginia-based practice established in 2008, seeks a Virginia-licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) to join our clinical team. The role focuses on outpatient psychotherapy for children, teens, and families with strong referral flow and supportive infrastructure.

We offer a collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and a generous earning potential up to $200,000 annually based on caseload and productivity.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD or PsyD.
• Experience with child/adolescent populations.
• Clear and timely record-keeping.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Provide parenting and caregiver support.
• Address anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral and social concerns.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and referral sources.
• Participate in peer consultation with colleagues.
• Optional: provide couples and family therapy.
