Job summary

Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital / Saint Francis Hospital's Child and Adolescent Psychiatric unit seeks a Part-time RN to provide inpatient psychiatric care for ages 5 to 17, performing assessments and coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring effects, supporting de-escalation, and implementing individualized care plans with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year of Child/Adolescent Psychiatric experience in acute inpatient setting preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
