Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation/Behavioral Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (Nursing Supervisor – NL I) to support the Nurse Manager in administrative and clinical leadership within the behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing unit personnel, supervising staff, participating in hiring and performance management, and promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• CT RN license required.
• 2+ years Behavioral Health nursing experience.
• Leadership experience in roles such as Charge Nurse or Supervisor.

Required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in Behavioral Health nursing along with
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavioral Health nursing (2+ years) and leadership roles such as, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager (2+ years).

Preferred

• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
