Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health treatment, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients daily, ranging from ages 5 through adolescence, and all stages of adulthood, through our onsite facilities and virtual programming. Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient therapy and inpatient care through an intermediate level of behavioral healthcare.

Compass has raised the bar for comprehensive PHP/IOP behavioral health programs in Illinois for over 11 years, alleviating overcrowded emergency rooms and costly inpatient stays. With the expansion of our services, including our newest location in Silver Spring, MD, and upcoming locations in WI and MN, we’re looking for trailblazers in behavioral health care to continue leading the way.

Founded by two Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, and remains physician-led.

We treat hundreds of patients daily (Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adults) who need a higher level of care.

We focus on Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Pain/Illness, and co-occurring Substance Use.

Home to 750+ mission-driven employees.

We operate 4 world-class behavioral health facilities, 3 in Illinois and 1 in Maryland.

Our virtual programming meets patients wherever they are in Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia.
