Authentic Growth Wellness Group (AGWG) is a busy, collaborative, community-rooted private practice that exists to help people discover their healthy, whole selves. We’re currently seeking a trauma-informed, purpose-driven therapist to join our growing team in a part-time role—with the opportunity to build into full-time.

We specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and working professionals, parents in various seasons and stages, and family systems through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. Our clinical foundation includes EMDR, IFS, DBT, and other gold-standard, evidence-based modalities.

Who You Are:

• A licensed (or license-eligible) therapist in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, [LSW, or LPC with supervision in place]); Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experienced or trained in EMDR, IFS/IFS-Informed, DBT, Proficiency in Family Therapy, or open to training;
• Passionate about trauma healing, emotional growth, and family systems work;
• A regulated, reflective clinician who values presence, humility, and professional authenticity;
• Eager to grow alongside a supportive, values-driven team committed to both clinical excellence and personal healing;
• Skills in Treatment Planning and Documentation;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team - comfortable collaborating and building trust in a team to request collaboration.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; preferred 2 years minimum of previous experience.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Mental Health Therapist, located in Hinsdale, IL or Glen Ellyn, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility and potential to turn into full-time status. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans and completing timely documentation, conducting family therapy sessions, and managing caseload. The therapist will also be involved in collaborating with other adjunct professionals/providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
