Kid's Thrive Cleveland is seeking a compassionate, dependable Outpatient Group Facilitator to join our daytime team. Lead structured group activities for children and adolescents in a supportive, trauma‑informed environment.

The role partners with therapists, case managers, and families, supporting participation, coping skills, and emotional wellness while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children, adolescents or related populations in health or education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, boundary setting, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured outpatient groups for children and adolescents.
• Create a welcoming, respectful group environment.
• Lead activities addressing coping skills, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Document observations and participate in care team communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety protocols.
