Qualifications

• BE or BC Adult Psychiatrist.
• Active, unrestricted Maryland medical license; DC/VA license preferred.
• Willingness to apply for cross-licensure via Interstate Medical License Compact.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Maryland Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain Maryland DEA certification.
• Skilled in evaluation and treatment of mental illness.
• Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care in PHP/IOP programs.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe meds, and provide therapy.
• Lead multidisciplinary clinical teams and shape treatment plans.
• Collaborate with family therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists.
• Limited call responsibilities.
