Job summary

Sweetser in Saco, ME is seeking a Clinician to join the Child ACT Team. This role works with youth with serious emotional disturbance in home, community or office settings within a 25-mile radius.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, new graduates encouraged, extensive clinical supervision, and opportunities to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Independent licensure is preferred; salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in professional clinical discipline.
• Independent licensure preferred - LCSW/LCPC will be considered.
• Valid state driver’s license at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate flexibly with the area service network to connect clients with resources.
• Average caseload of 15 clients.
• Provide leadership in case coordination and professional documentation.
• Deliver services in home, community, or office settings.
• Develop individualized service plans with clients and families.
• Ensure ACT fidelity standards are met.
