Job summary

Sweetser is seeking a Clinician - Youth in Saco, ME to provide clinical assessment, treatment, and care coordination for children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. The role emphasizes trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families, schools, and care teams to support positive youth outcomes while complying with Maine

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• LCSW or LCPC preferred; conditional licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and biopsychosocial assessments, including risk assessments.
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans with youth and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet goals.
• Provide evidence‑based therapies appropriate to youth and clinical presentation.
• Engage families as partners through shared decision‑making and strengths‑based approaches.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crisis services to ensure safety.
