Heartland Behavior is seeking passionate individuals to support children with Autism through at-home or community-based ABA services. This entry-level role offers paid training, no prior experience required, and a path to advancement within a collaborative clinical team.

Positions start part-time with flexibility for students or caregivers. You’ll learn evidence-based interventions, record data, and partner with families to improve independence and quality of life for the children served.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
