Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You will work part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours and receive paid training, allowing you to start quickly and grow in the ABA field. You will join a dedicated clinical team, implement evidence-based interventions, and help families support independence and positive behavior while

• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities
