Job summary

heartlandbehavior is hiring for entry-level ABA roles focused on helping children with autism in clients’ homes and community settings. No prior experience required, with full paid training and flexible part-time hours suited for students and caregivers.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and close collaboration with families and the clinical team to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
